MY ROLE

I enhanced the whole CRM concept, improved performance, better Dashboards, and redesigned the platform. I also provided some automation as an extra asset.

THE BRIEFING

As aapkapainter is a startup, the scenario is very much interesting because there’s a clear mindset alignment about visible project management products. They wanted a system that can be a bridge between customers, painters/vendors, and aapkapainter's office representatives.

THE CREATION I CAME UP WITH

the old CRM was not helping out so much, due to poor design and performance issues, we decided to rebuild it, and picked up bootstrap for batter design and Codeigniter for backend, we improved performance using the help of AWS, redesigned the new database to fulfill proper requirements of the working system, stability and performance
